MLS Standardization Underway

Does your website appear at the top of real estate-related search engine results?
If so, enjoy it while it lasts.
The adoption of a universal MLS data language could hike the demand for real estate search-engine keywords online.
NAR has mandated that all MLS companies nationwide adopt a standardized language called RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) by June, 2009.
RETS will allow approved Realtors & industry vendors to gain third-party access to MLS listing data like never before.

Haven't You Learned by Now?

After spending over a year developing an online lead generation web application for fellow Real Estate agents, it has come to my attention that most Realtors still do not understand how to transform their own business into a mobile money-making machine. And despite all of the expert web bloggers and daily real estate education classes being held at different firms, many Realtors still find themselves sitting behind an office desk (or at their homes) tirelessly phone prospecting, mailing letters,… Continue

Johs,
Yes Wilson is with us. I would like to meet with you and discuss things. I have some of the development land listed, Colonial Estates where the lots are is on the mls, and 3 are pocket listings through the same developers.
Can this site be linked back to my site, and the same mine to this one?

Lori,
I'd love to brainstorm with you sometime. After all, my business office is only a block away from yours. Thanks for the blog comment. We should meet soon. I have some wonderful contacts you may be able to utilize for your development properties. Also, do you have it listed currently? Or, is it an open listing for now? I'd love to share some of my own insight as I have invested the entire year searching for the least expensive, most effective tools to help agents increase their business. Let me know if I can visit you soon. I'd love to be able to introduce some innovative solutions to you which you may be unaware of. Is Wilson Hensley still at the KW in the Boro?

No, I had thought about it, but wasn't sure if he would be interested.

Hi Josh!
What company are you with? Do you have anyone looking for development land or lots in Rutherford County? Check out Colonial Estates on line. (MLS)
